The Micro Cinema is located in the basement level of the building. With the increasing role of film in our predominately visual culture, Rooseum has dedicated a separate space to present work by artists who work in this vein. By giving one room the specific function of a cinema we are emphasising the importance of presenting filmic experiences differently to those available on television and at mainstream cinemas.
